Support

A local distributor of electrical components referred this customer to us.  The customer had a prototype piece of equipment with sub-systems assembled from a number of vendors.  There were no schematics for the equipment.  The system contained PLC controls, a PC based SKADA data collection system and centralized control, a variable speed AC drive, PID controlled heaters and chemical sampling equipment.  Over the past year, the Blades Design Group LLC has supported this customer on control system questions and on diagnosing damage to one of the electrical components.  The damaged component was no longer available and a suitable substitute had to be specified.  We continue to have an ongoing relationship supporting this customer.
